We recently purchased a fryer filter model PF50S ...................... this machine is one of the best purchases we have made for our restaurant and would recommend it to anyone. There are two special individuals in your organization I would like to take time to recognize for excellent customer service. The are Tracy Nunn and Tiffany King.
The Valley Cafe in Whitinsville Massachusetts is a new start up business. We opened our doors to the public on May 14, 2008. This would not have been possible had it not been for the support we received from Tracy and Tiffany.
I shopped around locally and over the internet for sometime before selecting a vendor to procure kitchen equipment and small wares for our restaurant. What differentiated Restaurant Solutions Inc. from other vendors I looked into was the extra mile Tracy Nunn went to research our business requirements for equipment and find a fit that me our functional and affordability requirements.
I began working with Tracy back in March 2008 to prepare for a successful opening, initially in March. Tracy hung in with us through a number of false starts and always provided encouragement and a positive message to us.
Tracy introduced me to Tiffany King to help with small wares, including dishes, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, table top items etc. Tiffany like Tracy worked closely with me to insure all our needs were met in a very timely manner. This was not easy given our aggressive and somewhat reactive ordering behavior in this space. But Tiffany too stuck with us and always delivered.
Tracy and Tiffany area a wonderful team to have working at Restaurant Solutions Inc. The have been a tremendous help to me and our business. It is a pleasure to continue doing business through them in the future as our business grows.
